Welcome to the first newsletter for Halcyon Business Systems Support.                                                In the three years since this venture was started, the business has more than trebled its turnover. This has been achieved by helping more companies than ever, and I’m very proud of the progress so far. Those of you connected with quality systems will be well aware that you are always looking for continual improvement.

So, what has HBSS been working on of late? In partnership with Kaizen Consultancy Ltd., a high-end technical innovation company based here in the UK and Finland gained accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 at the end of 2018. This business is very much at the forefront of Graphene technology. The implemented system, was placed on to both sites with certification being awarded by NQA.

A leading roof systems manufacturer based in Suffolk, is introducing ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. A great deal of work has been put into the project by the management team, under the guidance of HBSS. This effort was rewarded with a positive audit conducted on the business by ACM, in their pursuit of gaining approval. It should be noted that both businesses got through this process, without any Major non-conformances being raised at any point.
